Client: St Luke’s Hospital

Project: Day Clinic
Size: 250 sq metres
Project Timeframe: 9 weeks


Requirement:

A Day Clinic to provide patients & their families a place to congregate during their stay in the hospital.

Solution:

RoanKabin was awarded the contract after a public tender. The 250 sq metre building would have two large link corridors & stone rendered external cladding matching that of the main hospital. Large architecturally designed windows and fully-glazed entrance doors offered generous levels of natural light, combined with the bright internal colour scheme giving the building a tranquil feeling.

  • Civil works: connection to services, links & alterations to main hospital building
  • Mechanical & Electrical
  • Extension of existing hospital heating systems
  • Partitioning
  • Floor covering including coved skirting
  • Decoration
  • Project supervision of all contractors
  • Cladding of exterior to match main hospital building
