Prior to the start of the 2008 season; Bray Wanderers were required to undertake upgrading of certain facilities to meet new stringent UEFA directives. One of the major challenges facing the team was the redevelopment of the existing club dressing rooms.

RoanKabin have a strong relationship with Bray having supplied changing room facilities & various buildings to the club in the past & once again the club entrusted RoanKabin to deliver a 200sq metre dressing room within a 6 week period.
