Following on from the success of the Coisceimeanna Community Childcare Centre for Trim TIDE, RoanKabin was awarded the contract to construct a new Community Enterprise Centre The aim of the new centre will be to improve the quality of life for people through providing easy access to training and information.

As with the Childcare Centre, this new facility was initially to be of conventional build. Having witnessed the success of Off-Site Construction in the first project in terms of expedited programme timeframe & reduced costs; Pat Shanley & Associates opted to utilize these methods again.
