RoanKabin was awarded the contract to provide construction site cabins for John Sisk & Son in the €130m redevelopment project for the Mater Hospital.

RoanKabin has a strong relationship with Sisk having supplied buildings to the company for over 25 years including the projects offices for development of the new Aviva Stadium at Lansdowne Rd.

John Sisk & Son Ltd, Irelands’ largest general contracting company was awarded the contract to construct the new Lansdowne Road Stadium in November 2007. RoanKabin provided them with project offices and a temporary security chalet

The stadium which is due for completion in early 2010 will have an all-seated capacity of 50,000 and will consist of a continuous curvilinear shaped stand enclosing all four sides of the ground. Such a complicated project requires a high level of on-site management, administration, technical & design staff.

The N6 Galway to Ballinasloe scheme involves the construction of approximately 57.6km of new roadway built to motorway standard, a 7km link road to the Loughrea bypass, 32km of side roads & four grade-separated junctions. RoanKabin were approached to provide them with a number of site office cabin.

The scheme will extend from Doughiska, east of Galway City to the existing N6 east of Ballinasloe. Such a complicated project required a high level of on-site management, administration, technical & design staff.

Dundrum Town Centre is the largest-ever commercial development in Ireland and one of the most comprehensive suburban regeneration schemes ever undertaken in either Ireland or the UK.
